Our room was extremely pleasant and well laid out with a contemporary decor. The service was exceptional, no complaints whatsoever. Relaxed by the pool, it was very clean, especially when the weather was lovely.

Units for refreshing shower. Wonderful and convenient location just a walking distance from Fresh food market. Walking distance to convenience stores and local markets across the street.

stairway onto the beach, well-maintained beach area, access to two swimming pools
Facilities need significant updating!!! Many gym machines were out of order, and the pool tiles had noticeable limescale and algae. The sunbeds were in a sad state, showing clear signs of wear and tear, which didn't complement the resort's supposed luxury.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The layout is ok, but it did not correspond to my expectations by far. The beach section is nice and spacious, with many deck chairs and parasols. The restaurant was great, good food, super staff and service, are happy to answer questions and are very competent.
- The price-performance ratio was not right for me. - Shuttle service massively overpriced! I took the taxi both ways. - I personally did not find the pool area, the ambience with deckchairs and the bar so exhilarating. - For the use of the whirlpool one must not use bath salts or the like, apparently it is punished expensively! Does not make any sense to me, specially as it is a bath of stone. - The front garden with whirlpool and entrance looks better and more beautiful in the pictures. - The two small garden chairs and the small table are nothing special or very comfortable to read a book or enjoy the time in the "front garden". - I would hardly choose this hotel again, as I had cheaper and more beautiful ones!

The breakfast was sensational, rich for every taste, freshly baked baguette/croissants etc. Eggs in all shades freshly prepared, juices and fruits of all kinds, service at the place (coffee), quiet atmosphere in the restaurant area, direct seat with view to the sea and beach, very nice staff, daily towel change and cleaning, beach towels without charge, sunbeds etc.
The complex is not new and on closer inspection it would have to be renovated; one should not expect any standards as in Europe, nevertheless, everything is okay so far, nicely arranged in the typical style of the country, pool rather small, but the sea is there, the beach section in front of the house is clean, but in the further neighbourhood partly very dirty (is noticeable during hiking). In the streets in front of the hotel/village Lamai typical for asia, simply down to the ground and partly littered

Just a proper fit for a lightning stop in Lamai Beach with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was always available to bring us coffee during breakfast, making mornings feel relaxed. Take a stroll on the beach at sunset for a great view.

The hotel is lovely beautiful grounds and the location is excellent. The loungers around the pool and on the beach are very comfortable Hotel staff are very attentive. We enjoyed the gym which although small had good facilities.
Although we were pleased at first that we had been upgraded to a hydro pool room, unfortunately this was connected to the next door room and you could hear everything that our noisy neighbours were doing at all times of the night! During our stay of 7 days we had 3 different couples staying in the next door room and I think it was a 'last choice' type of room for people just passing through.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and considerate going out of their way to give assistance without being intrusive. The location both to the beach and the town was fabulous. Room (upgrade to Hydro pool) was luxurious and comfortable with everything you could need provided. Facilities were excellent - beach lounges with extra big towels, Patio restaurant delicious and good value ( not as cheap as down town but lovely ambience on the beach) and breakfast buffet great with good variety. Internet access in Library easy and availability of book borrowing a great idea. Altogether a lovely resort and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Family beachside paradise
We stayed in this lovely villa with a private beach front pool which was a game changer. The daily clean was quick and thorough, it seemed like people really cared about our comfort.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still alright considering the experience.

Everything about the resort was amazing. The staff, location, the rooms, the facilities and the beach. The location of the bar and restaurant overlooking the beach was excellent. A real chill out experience but close enough to local bars and restaurants to experience other alternatives. I cannot fault anything about it and would definitely return there at the earliest possible opportunity.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks alike were more expensive than would have liked. Outside bars therefore were more attractive.

Brilliant resort and stunning location. The staff were very helpful and polite. Lamai beach is much better than Chaweng. It's a lot quieter yet it has all you need for a holiday. The markets/shops which were close by had all you needed and made for a perfect location on our honeymoon. Would recommend this resort to anyone. Probably the best one we've stayed in.

Gorgeous Plunge Pool Suite Experience
The staff was so attentive. I loved how they surprised us with a good floating breakfast in our villa, a highlight! The beach's tranquility, combined with easy access to nearby night markets, made every day enjoyable. I'd suggest they invest in replacing the outdoor lounge chairs for added comfort.

A perfect place for a getaway vacation. Its a boutique resort with extremely good amenities (WiFi, gym, pool, beach, pool villa etc). I loved the place and its location. Its on Lamai Beach in Koh Samui which is less densely populated than Cheweng Beach but has excellent array of restaurants.

Very nice location, lovely rooms all facilities close to the room and great selection of food and drinks. Only downside is the price of hotel bar which is extremely high compared to other 4 star samui hotels.
Everything you buy at the hotel bar of restaurant is very expensive when compared to over hotels of the same class in samui. You are willing to pay more inside the hotel, but these hotel prices are just too high when you add he service and tax which are mandatory anyway.
